Salon Policies

Appointment Scheduling
All appointments require a confirmed booking.
A consultation may be recommended for color or extension services.
Cancellations
I kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours may result in a forfeited deposit or service charge before another appointment can be scheduled.
Bridal & Event Bookings
Bridal and group reservations require a non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within 30 days result in a forfeited deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment may be charged 100% of the service amount.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
Refunds & Adjustments
Services are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied, please contact me within 72 hours so I may offer an adjustment.
Health & Safety
Please inform me of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, and additional time or products required.
